We are looking for:

Registration and Reception

Welcoming participants, check-in process, distributing name badges and information materials.

Room and Technical Support

Assisting with the setup of lecture rooms, managing technical equipment (e.g., microphones, projectors), and providing technical support to speakers.

Attendee Assistance

Answering participant questions, providing directions, and offering general customer service during the event.

Catering Station Support

Assisting with the distribution of food and drinks, monitoring catering stations, and replenishing supplies.

Logistics and Setup

Setting up and taking down stands, banners, and other event materials, assisting with the delivery and transport of equipment.

Workshop and Session Assistance

Supporting workshop leaders, managing participant lists, distributing materials, and possibly moderating smaller sessions.

Social Media and Communications

Providing live updates on social media channels, photographing and documenting the event, answering online questions.

Security and Crowd Control

Assisting in monitoring adherence to safety protocols, managing access control, and ensuring general order.

Post-Event Cleanup and Feedback Collection

Assisting with gathering feedback, cleaning up after the event, and possibly preparing for the next event.
